• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur no charges.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• A 100% charge of the scheduled service may apply.

• Repeat no-shows may result in a restriction from booking future appointments.

3. Late Arrivals

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later:

• Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be considered as a no-show, and the full service charge may apply.

4. Group or Package Appointments

For group bookings or multiple services scheduled as part of a package:

• A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or modifications.

• Failure to do so may result in a partial or full cancellation charge.

5. Refunds

Cancellation fees are non-refundable. However, in the event of genuine emergencies, we may evaluate on a case-by-case basis and offer service credits at our discretion.
