Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be in the same condition as when delivered, with all tags, seals, and original invoices intact.

Please note: Products that have been used, tampered with, or do not have their original packaging cannot be returned. Returns are not applicable on items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at online@kudos.in or call our customer care at +91-8920138499  within 7 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number, a brief reason for return, and attach clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect).

3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Our team will contact you for your bank details.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share images or videos clearly showing the issue.

• We will either offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return the product as per the return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Note: Salon Expert and Beauty Relay Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to refuse a return or refund request if the product does not meet the conditions outlined above.
